Energise Go is for School years 1 to 3, 5:30pm to 6:45pm ALTERNATES with Energise Rock Solid, School years 4 to 6, 5:30 to 7pm
Energise Lumen is for ages 11 - 16, Every Friday - 7.00 to 8.45pm
