For example, we ran a tremendous Holiday Club in the summer, had a great Light Party a few weeks ago and have enjoyed picnics and fellowship lunches and many other activities over the past few months.
Yesterday Nigel Ovens from the Vine Community Church was handed the keys to The Hangar - Littleport Men’s Shed, Globe Lane, by Ricky Bishop, owner of the premises.
Ricky has worked hard over the past couple of months to strip, repair, refurbish and redecorate this former hair salon.
We are now awaiting the shed sign and look forward to welcoming our first members to be a formative group as we take our first tentative steps in this new adventure.
If you would like to contribute a little of your time to discussing and launching this facility please come on Thursday 5th July (next week) at 10.00am. Refreshments will be available.
